Extraterrestrial life is coming from Thailand and speak Staples

I was simply doing my thing in the Design Interactions lab, when symbols came out of the stapling machine…

thai staples

The stapling machine had a message to deliver to the world… I was in direct contact with extraterrestrial life, they were revealing me mysteries through the stapler, from outer space or maybe from a totally different space-time…???

But my classmate Dot (Nitipak Samsen), told me these letters existed on earth… WHAT?… Yes.

thai alien

So they can be only one reason to this : extraterrestrial life comes from Thailand and speak Staples. That’s the only explanation I can think of.

thai extraterrestial scripture

So I kept on stapling for a while until the messages got too intense for my human understanding..
So to sum up, according to Richard Hawking, to survive civilisation self-destruction we can either escape to space and inhabit an other planet, or go to Thailand.

L’art de conjuguer

art de conjuguer
craindre - - - vaincre

My mama is amazing. She just sent me this : “l’art de conjuguer, Bescherelle” a traditional french grammar book. By some sort of miracle the verb “craindre” (fear) and “vaincre” (overcome) are immediate consecutive… Let’s do it.

Comment buildings

webforum + comments ≠ building + graffiti
building + comments, message board

Graffiti rarely discuss the architectural surface they are standing on and are consequently and unfortunately considered parasites or aggressions. In the internet realm, it would be like if a comment wasn’t related to the article. I that sense most graffiti are irrelevant to their context. What a waste… in the internet realm, a comments proves interest and usually brings a serious constructive feedback to the article, visitors are coming and appreciate the openess, creating the buzz and advertising. Architecture should permit graffiti in that direction when the graffiti-comment is related to architecture, increasing each others’ relevancy… Maybe architecture is just a comment on the landscape? HAHAHAHA !!! Here’s a cool laser projector to comment buildings, waiting for the next generation building with spray cans and chalks provided (maybe simply attached to the walls with little ropes).

Neighbourhood mass destruction

caatlondon\'s London Arms Trade

I have always been wondering how dealers of weapons of mass destruction could be living and working in my neighbourhood. We are being polite to each other, may take the same bus, queue in the same cultural venues, love the same music… but still, I can’t tolerate what they do. A London CAAT map on Platial.com has won a site award in the “Activism” category. The map, called London Arms Trade, shows the locations of the offices of weapons manufacturers and distributors in London. Contribute to peace, you can add placemarks on the map too. Through Wombles and CAATblog.

Dear Sir Tim May

THE text that took away my mind when I did “Liquid Economy” is “The Crypto Anarchist Manifesto“, 1992 Timothy C. May, almost everything is in there, a piece of pure genius… Who will make it happen? When will it happen?

Making a quick research I found some interesting bubble architectures by Antti Lovag back in the 70s, famous for his bubble house, and also coming soon the China’s National Swim Center by ARUP. Bubbles are magic!
