I think I may usualy not use this blog to advert for new gadgets, but this tiny Laptop captured my attention. For £219 you get a 225×35x165mm, 920gr of Ultra-portable 7″ display Linux laptop, with Intel Mobile Celeron-M ULV 900MHz CPU, 1G (DDR2) of RAM, 8GB of SSD (Solid Storage Disc), camera, in/out sound, D-Sub video output for external screen/presentation, 3 USB ports, ethernet, good wireless internet connectivity ( 802.11b/g) and you can add a 3G internal modem (connecting to mobile phone internet for an extra £40); 2 to 3 hours battery + extra external if required. This laptop is ready to go (system + 40 basic softwares like Firefox, Skype, OpenOffice and SMPlayer for video playback + all the open source software you’d want to have for free!) , fast at start (30 seconds), the strong screen and Solid Storage Disc make it very easy to shake it around without worring for your data + an extra card reader space (you can add up to 32GB of flash memory easily). I think it is a very good travel companion (long journey you want to share on-line) with its tiny power adaptator size of mobile phone ones. Read full review and product page. More ultraportables.
