- Turn off
- Remove your SIM card(s). Remove the battery, rest for 30 seconds with battery out, put the battery in
- Press [*] and [Power] at the same time
- After the start logo flashes, short press [*] and hold [*] - should hold [*] for about 30 seconds
- From the Chinese menu, choose the option that has "eMMC" in it (everything is in Chinese for me), select by pressing [power] button
There you go, your phone is like new.
I choose the set up in English. You will need wifi or a SIM Card with data to complete registration and accept the license.
