Anubhav Garg

Anubhav is a 3rd-year HKU student from Singapore. Migrating into a new country at a very young age enhanced his communication and interpersonal skills. After plenty of Arduino projects, he delved into an in-depth IB research project on the viability and security of the Internet of Things.

In high school, he had co-founded a Social-Enterprise in Nepal backed by MIT and UN representatives. It was an online teaching platform consisting of a volunteer bank of over 100 educated people, that taught underprivileged students Mathematics, Science, and English.

He has diligently been working on enhancing skills such as leadership by taking challenging roles. Vice-president of Hackathon Society, HKU has been a learning experience for him and leads a team of young and enthusiastic sophomores. Simultaneously, he is also responsible for co-founding Payphone (e-wallet).

Other than Computer Science, he is passionate about photography and filmography since birth. He's a team player, consequently loves playing and watching sports.
