Deepa Gupta is a Founder of RAE- a coaching company dedicated to personal-growth. She is a Certified Life and a Money Coach, a passionate cook, and has a real passion for maximising the joy of both childhood and parenthood.
Before she moved to Hong Kong in 2007, she worked in New Delhi for eight years in telecom and banking industry, where she headed a team that she grew from zero to eighty.
She loves sharing her life coaching tools and techniques with young & University students and parents, which are meaningful tools and rewarding in long run.
She believes in self discovery starts at an early age. Endowing children with essential life skills like Gratitude, managing and expressing emotions, developing leadership qualities will prepare them to focus and handle the pressure of high school better. She is passionate to share her transformational awareness skills with parents to harmonise their relationship with children with love and understanding rather than discipline and control.
